Makes it nice and easy to sync the context.tf file locally with the one upstream

While this is a nice idea, it is a change to context.tf that will cause updates to all our Terraform modules, and worse, does not change the version number, which makes it more confusing. Please open an issue instead and we will roll it into the next substantive update of the module.
