  1. I updated the repo README--[resources section] which redirects to a 404 page, to the resources folder.
  2. I updated the resources/resources.md file--[definitive resource] which redirects to a 404 page, to the Cloud Resume Challenge Book website. @forrestbrazeal @Graham-Baggett @afmorris kindly review, thank you.
