changes to the template as per issues #100 #101 #106. Includes changes from #102. I've moved the changelog.txt location #104 so it's not delivered to a new cloudscribe project and reversed the changelog order so most recent is at the top. Nuget version incremented to 6.5.1. I've added a test script (needs git bash) that runs test builds on new projects from template with all database options and with all other cloudscribe module options enabled. I don't know how to build a VSIX, but the nupkg works fine!
