Added view files needed to support TalkAbout comments in blog posts. **For the life of me I could not figure out where in the template file the logic is to add these files only if the TalkAbout comments selection is chosen so this will still need to be done.

I believe this is already addressed, in so far as a new template CS site now supports TalkAbout comments on blog posts (if the CS installer template option is chosen to enable TalkAbout commenting). This must have been done elsewhere in parallel to this PR...
