We want % appflow provision=<tenant> .... Should be a wrapper around Makefile to start.
% appflow provision=<tenant> ...
wrapper
Makefile
appflow -> /usr/local/bin/appflow library -> /usr/local/share/appflow
appflow -> /usr/local/bin/appflow
library -> /usr/local/share/appflow
this will lead to introduction of development and stable releases.
