Downloading marklogic rpm's #24

Currently the MarkLogic artifacts are downloaded from s3. This is no good, we want them to be downloaded from the marklogic website instead.

We still don't have the correct url for the 7 rpm, we get a 404. we need to have a good url from the marklogic guys.. email already is send but no reply yet.
