Switches to volume support recently added to brooklyn-blockstore, enabling support for volumes in Google Compute Engine.
Improves some API documentation
Exposes forest count sensors from function polling ML API

Sam, lots of good stuff here. I'm concerned at a couple of points, but they may be justified in the specific MarkLogic cases that I'm not so familiar with, so feel free to disagree with me. The only thing that I definitely want addressed is the bit which said TODO: what?
