Depends on the gce-volumes branch.

Updated pom to match Brooklyn core jclouds version
Number of nodes in live tests configurable in subclasses
Properly removes nodes from clusters on stop
Creating a cluster with initial d-nodes or e-nodes == 0 creates a cluster with nodes in d and e mode and dNodeGroup == eNodeGroup
Updates app server classes to enable XDBC. Base for WebDAV and ODBC in place but unimplemented.
Fixes use of port property in create app server script.

Sam, this looks good to me. I guess once PR #54 is merged, you will rebase this commit?
