I have added the 'Run on GKE' section to new documentation as you suggested @pvlugter

This is a good start. The new operator has support for automatically provisioned Cloud SQL databases (ie, when you deploy a stateful store, it will provision a database for you), so at some point we should add how to configure that to here, but definitely not in this PR.
