What?

I have added/removed/altered:

[x] Updated Roster List and Item commands
[x] Updated Roster Item parser
[x] Added Roster List parser

Why?

I am doing this because:

As of version 5 the roster commands and repsonses have changed https://dcc-ex.com/throttles/tech-reference.html
