How to config chromiumembedded? #120

for Chrome, there are a config file under Local Settings\Application 
Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default called Preferences that can config some 
appearance of Chrome.  there are some config lines in cef_context.cc.  Are 
there any config file for CEF so that we do not need to modify cef_context.cc  
and re-compile CEF?  there is a parameter called minimum_font_size which are 
important for Chinese application.  Thanks.

Recompiling CEF is currently the only way to change WebPreference values.
