Ability to disable drag&drop of URLs from other browsers #129

CEF currently supports the ability to drag a URL from another browser into the 
CEF window and have CEF load that URL.  It would be nice to provide an option 
for disabling this functionality since it's not appropriate for all embedded 
applications.
