Chromium supports custom drawing of controls (buttons, menu lists, scrollbars, 
text fields and progress bars) via the WebKit::WebThemeEngine interface. Expose 
this functionality for use by client applications.

I'm going to start working on this, I'd like to be able to draw a resize grip 
in the bottom right corner of the browser.

CEF1 has entered bug-fix-only maintenance mode. See 
http://magpcss.org/ceforum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10647 for details. If this 
issue applies to the current version of CEF3 please create a new issue.
