[Android] Galaxy S3 - low voice volume. #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set Config AUDIO_PLAY_LEVEL is max
2.Hardware volume key is max also. 
3.But In Galaxy S3 Model, Voice audio is too low.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
How to control for more up the voice speaker volume?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
imsdroid-2.548.870
