[Android] Galaxy Note 2 is not register on the Wi-Fi network. #279

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. r552 [IMSDROID] Align with Doubango 894 
2. 3g/4g works fine.
3. But On the Wi-Fi network,It doesn't to register.

===> r551, Doubango 884 Version, It works well.

r884 doesn't work.
