Wrong proxy port when sending REGISTER

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure Proxy-CSCF Port to any different from 5060 (i.e. 5065)
2.Send REGISTER message to the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RESISTER is expected to be sent towards the configured Proxy port. Port 5060 is 
always used instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iDoubs r249 + Doubango r989 on iPhone 4S running iOS 5.x

Please provide any additional information below.
No issues before r986.
Same issue can be reproduced using doubango on Android.
