Outgoing calls cannot be established

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place an outgoing call
2.Called party accept the call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call is terminated on the device that initiated the call instead of being 
established.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iDoubs r249 + Doubango r989 on iPhone 4S running iOS 5.x

Please provide any additional information below.
No issues before r986.
Attached log shows a "Failed to find valid transport" error in file 
tsip_transport_layer.c line: "1034".

Attached XCode logs and Wireshark trace.
