[V0.1]HornERP 中文省市代码建议 #11

建议每个省市的代码用相应省市拼音的第一个字母表示，并��
�一只取两位进行区分，这样做的好
处是可以按拼音的顺序来排序，方便查找。如下图所示。

山西 和 陕西 同名，有一个用三位吧。

用三位也行。用两位的就这样表示
陕西=SN
山西=SX
黑龙江=HL
内蒙古=NM

这个本身就是有一个标准的吧  比如参考省份域名的形式   
或者查查国际上有没有对国内这个有
标准？

我也建议按照：北京=BJ  河南=HA  湖南=HN  这样的标准来
