[V0.1]Uninstall不干净 #22

发现点击开始->程序->Hoernerp 
allinone里面的uninstall后，系统卸载了。但
1) 开始->程序->Hoernerp allinone 菜单本身没有被删除。
2) Service中的openerp-service和openerp-web两个Service没被删除。

更正一下，应该是 OpenERP Server 和 openerp-web 两个Service

我在XP SP3系统下试了，openerp-web 
Service在卸载时能自动删除，但是openerp-service还是
不能删除。
