windows 2003下安装pgsql8.3失败，导致HornERP没有数据库可连：

安装pgsql8.3后，启动时，提示不是合法的win32程序，然后自动�
��载后只剩下data文
件夹。HornERP能继续安装成功，但没数据库可连了。

请问怎么解决？谢谢。

个人在win2003 域控主机上安装 PostgreSQL时, 
因为密码策略问题造成了数据库安装失败.

建议手工安装..
