Add support for WAR-deployment #204

WAR-deployment was removed when introducing support for Mule Studio, there is 
however still demand for the WAR-deployment model.

To have a consistent component model across deployment environments we also 
need to add support for deploying teststubs as WARs.

Support for running MuleServer in local environment (eclipse) would preferably 
be supplied in another way (for servlet transport) than in 0.4.1 where 
different MuleServer-implementations are created depending on selected 
standalone/war deployment model.
