Do not bundle saxon-ee-9.4.0.6.jar together with integration component zip file #333

Since saxon-ee-9.4.0.6.jar is almost 15MB large, it would be great if this jar 
can be excluded from the deployable zip-file to decrease the size of the zip.

Instead saxon-ee-9.4.0.6.jar and its license file should be placed into 
$MULE_HOME/lib/user.

Sounds like a customer-project specific problem since saxon-ee is a commercial 
dependency ?
