Make namne of info-log and error-log queue configurable in the log-transformer #340

Currently the log-transformer doesn't honor the configurable properties 
SOITOOLKIT_LOG_INFO_QUEUE and SOITOOLKIT_LOG_ERROR_QUEUE.

Instead it has hard coded queue names.

This needs to be changed so that it honors the configurable properties.
