Add support for DataMapper-transformations #345

DataMapper is a Mule-EE feature so using it must be an option.

In the eclipse-plugin it can be a transformer option along with the two 
existing ones (Java and Smooks).

The DataMapper requires EE-libs and some setup in the integration component 
pom-file to make it work with the DataMapper-engine (CloverETL) - we can 
provide the setup but EE-libs must be populated in a corporate-maven-repo (as a 
pre-requisite) to make it work.

The mapping files (.grf) are not copied to the root folder of the deployment 
package as required by the Mule Maven Plugin v1.7 (app fails during deploy to 
ESB).

Maven-mule-plugin v1.9 copies the mapping files, we need to upgrade version in 
our pom's.

Updated maven-mule-plugin from v1.7 to v1.9. Now copying of datamapper mapping
files (.grf) should work, see issue 345.
