Bluecoat Site Review not loading correctly. #158

Looks like this is another FilterCore issue.

https://sitereview.bluecoat.com/resource/content/en is returning 204 No Content on a filtered computer while the same URL returns 200 OK with ~31KB of content on an unfiltered computer.

BTW this site isn't very important for Citadel users.
