Would the best option be to prevent the user from submitting the request until they had properly filled in their email address?
Unless I'm missing something neither the Block-page or DNS have any way of knowing what the user's email address is.
Yes, I think requiring an address would be the simplest.
It should now throw a warning ~ I just activated the standard JQuery "email-type" for that input field on the web-page form.
Closing this issue. If this is still an issue with the website / FilterManager, please create a new ticket in FilterManager.
Many of the unblock requests are coming into the server with "DNS" in the email field. We have no way of responding to these requestors.
