Network Share write speeds are slow when filter is running #175

Observed this bug on a Dell Precision 3510 with https://totusoft.com/files/LAN_SpeedTest.exe

Write speeds were around 10Mbps with both FilterServiceProvider.exe and Norton running. With just FilterServiceProvider running, write speeds were around 100Mbps.

With just Norton running, write speeds were more normal at around 600Mbps (on a gigabit network)

Can confirm with developer computer and network.

Speed writing to share with FilterServiceProvider running is around 187Mbps. Without FilterServiceProvider it is about 680Mbps.
