Whitelist process names by wildcard #180

Certain products change their executable names on a version-by-version basis. To ease workload and improve user experience for these executables, we need to support wildcards in our process names.

When you add this could you finalize this one too? It might take web interface changes, I'm not sure. https://github.com/cloudveiltech/Filter-Windows/issues/114
