Add to packagist.org #3

Would it be too much trouble to add this to Packagist.org? I’m trying to manage all of my plugins via one composer file.

Sure, I will do that.

EDIT: It's on packagist.org now. Hopefully, I'll have time to submit it to the WordPress.org beta repo in the coming weeks.

Note: I have decided to move this repo to my GitHub organization repo in the near future. Everything will remain the same (except URLs), however, when that happens, you will have to change your Composer dependency from "dmhendricks/backblaze-media-offloader" to "cloudverve/backblaze-media-offloader". I will still be the author and sole maintainer, however, the repo will change.

I will make an announcement here in Issues when this occurs. If you Follow this repo, you will see the notification.

I want to do this before I add the plugin to the wordpress.org repo, and I thought that it would be better to do sooner than later.
