understand absorption lines present in blr spectrum in quick start guide (trac #122)

we have redone most of the figures in the quick start guide using Jeremy Sander's veusz program http://home.gna.org/veusz/

The BLR spectrum on page 14 Figure 3 which were not present when last plotted. we need to understand whether these are real.
