I attended the serbian line profiles meeting in Belgrade in jun 2011 and met Milan, the senior author of the chemi-ionization papers. He gave an hour overview talk of the physics at the meeting. I talked to him about this and he expressed interest in collaborating on this. I have asked Wang Ye to read the papers Milan sent - they summarize his work.
