This paper has very deep spectra of a high ionization PN. They do a nice analysis of the lines and summarize their atomic data sources. We should make sure our data sources are at least as good as those quoted in the paper.
The recombination lines of the second row elements have not been updated in a very long time. Table 6 has a summary of the current state of the art. This really does need to be updated.
