DRIVE CASE B command is broken (trac #398) #400

When you run the DRIVE CASE B, it will fail on a !TotalInsanity() because the molecular network is not set up.

The DRIVE CASE B command has been removed from the trunk in r11824, and from c17_branch in r11825.
