Report all He-like triplet components (trac #409)

In the output of 'save lines labels' the components of He-like triplets are not reported, e.g.,

9660    TOTL      1.08303m              # total emission in He-like lines, use average of three line wavelengths
9661    He 1      1.08303m              # He-like, 2 4,   2^3S -   2^3P
9666    He 1      8863.66A              # He-like, 2 7,   2^3S -   2^1P_1

We need to report all the components. This was the case with C13.
