Install via Bower #13

In a similar vein to #10, it would also be nice to be able to load this via Bower. I would be willing to put together a pull request with a bower.json if that would be helpful -- just let me know, as I don't want to spend the time before I know that you will be interested in merging it.

@bosworthco, thanks for the thumbs-up on this. Is that a sign that I should go ahead with a bower.json PR, or should I still wait for buy-in from someone else?
