Build ARM64 image #37

This will allows people with arm64 systems (M1/Rockchip/Snap CX) to package the iso

Thanks for this, and my apologies for the delayed response. I'm getting a few things together so I can test this on an actual ARM device and will merge as soon as I can validate 🙏
