Alternative to comma-separated values in GUI

Currently, the graphical wizard requires multiple values (e.g., for workers who will receive emails), to be entered in a comma-separated fashion. Setting this up as a textbox with one line per worker might be a better way to go because it would allow copy/paste out of, e.g., a spreadsheet editor. (h/t Justin Weigand)
