Feature request: pass all parameters to Amazon #1

Hi, thanks so much for this awesome package!

I have a (hopefully) small request: could you update start_transcriptions() to allow passing all possible parameters to the Amazon web service please? I'm thinking of, in particular, identifying multiple speakers.
