Create [collate] tag #5

[collate] chapter-1 chapter-2 chapter-3 [end]

This will insert the specified external tml files into the current doc before starting to apply the transformations. If no extension is specified, .tml is implied.

Right now the same can be achieved with {include}. [collate] will just be recycling the same functionality.
