Modify [chapter] to allow multiple headings #9

This is current behavior:

[chapter] Chapter Title

Need to have it look ahead another line to pickup any secondary heading:

[chapter] Heading Subheading

Which will get converted to:

.CHAPTER_TITLE "Heading" "Subheading"
