native: added support for icon fonts #24

Since in Politis are used different fonts from react native vector icons, added support for "MaterialComunity", "Feather", "Octicons" and "SimpleLineIcons".

I suppose apps should use same fonts scheme for the whole app instead of supporting multiple ones.
