build: versioning & tagging #8

Automatic versioning need to be added so when a new version needs to be released it should happen with a single command which should create a specific tag: v0.0.1 v0.0.2 and etc.

Major Releases v0.1.0 v0.2.0

Minor Releases v0.1.0 v0.1.1 v0.1.2
