Measure recognition accuracy #25

I tried to test this code E2E but did not get recognition accuracy. Could you please let me know how can I measure recognition accuracy on the Japanese dataset? image

In previous version there is recognition accuracy measure function but when I check in new version there is no recognition accuracy.

@lerndeep Thank you for reporting. There is currently a lot of work to do, so it may be difficult to resolve the issue right away. I will look into the issue as soon as possible.
