Pre-trained model files linked in the readme are not accessible anymore #99

There are two model files linked in readme - https://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~joon/data/baseline_lite_ap.model https://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~joon/data/baseline_lite_ap.model However these urls return 403 Forbidden status.

This appears to work fine now.
