I slightly modified original prod-module-boilerplate README

This README looks great for the root README for cf-package repository, however, the cf-package-specific stuff should be stripped from the template:

Empty the "Features" and "Getting Started" sections of the template. Keep the headings there and maybe add some text:

No features yet.

Add your getting started instructions here.
