Missing .eslintrc #26

After running cf-package in an empty directory, I don't see an .eslintrc file created.

@ericelliott I am seeing a .eslintrc file created. However, the file is empty.

Yeah, just tested. Not working for me, but I don't even see the file created.

@nkbt Why aren't all the files in the template dir created automatically?
