Windows compatibility changes also needed in the template

I also submitted a PR to isparta for it's readme... this appears in a lot of package.json files!

Yeah, we did not initially support windows scripts. Not intentionally. But since no one develops on windows it was not easy to see if it is working. Now I do development at home mostly on windows for the sake of having that experience and ability to test scripts and libs.

"no one develops", except for me it appears. I had this trouble here a few weeks ago then today in another tool. I could spend all night submitting PRs for "babel-node node_modules/.bin/isparta".

Don't be offended =), there are some other people doing webdev on win... I've been win-user for years till the last year and now switched to mac (way more comfortable and painless for work and more pleasant visually/UX then linux for me).

Keep doing PR's that is very helpful. As I found that is not really difficult to support both win and osx/linux at the same time. Almost everything is compatible.
