Chrome to Phone history not visible on the phone app

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sent text from browser to the phone (result text is sent to phone and can eb 
verified by pasting the text in a note or a contact field etc)
2. Open the chrome to phone app on the phone , of the carious categories there 
we should be able to see the history of text that was sent this way, nothing is 
seen in the history , sent today ,last 7 days and last month > older.  When 
selecting any of the menus the arrow > becomes V but there is no text displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text that was sent to the phone must be seen in this area

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
No , I can get the text copied to clipboard just not see the tecxt in the 
history

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes 

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes

Please provide any additional information below.
The App works fine, its just that I can't see the history of saved text sent to 
chrome to phone on my phone.
