Update the outdated jupyter notebook example on how to use Clowder API #333

Describe the bug Some of the content in the jupyter notebook examples of using Clowder APIs are outdated, e.g. how we authorize/metadata and etc.

Update those and add more pertinent examples.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
