No way to delete "Sections" from a file page. #347

Describe the bug There is no way to delete a Section once it has been created on a file page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a file page where the uploaded file is a pdf.
  2. Click on the preview tab of the file.
  3. On the pdf preview highlight an area and add a tag.
  4. A Section is created but there is no way to delete it.

Expected behavior A delete button should be available in the Sections area.
